Today I'm at 127.5. I got on the scale 3 times just to make sure.

Hope everyone has a great Friday.

Hi Everyone!

X, Fat Smash Diet is from Celebrity Fit Club on TV by Dr. Ian Smith. I looked it up on Google, and there is a thread on 3fatchicks for people who are following the plan. Basically, you don't eat beef, chicken, fish, bread, white floured products, processed foods for 9 days. You eat mostly fruits and vegetables. I'm not sure what all the details are because I don't have the book, but a lot of the info is on the internet. Then there is a phase 2, 3 & 4. I feel satisfied with no cravings. (One of the places I found it was Peertrainer.com) I don't know much about the web site, but it seems like a good one.

Danni, congrats to you on your success this week! Keep up the great work!

Have a great weekend!

Tyla

Danni - Congrats! That really is great, keep it up!

Tyla - I'm gonna have to take a look at that, it sounds like a really good plan! Especially if you aren't having major cravings too, that's something I'm struggling with! I think I need to do something, I'm getting a little bored because my diets become a little routine now haha.

I hope everyones having a great day! I may have gone a bit over my calorie range today, I made flapjack and I had to have one if only for testing purposes . Oh well back on track tommorow it's a new day and for once I didn't binge just because I went slightly over, usually when I do I think what the **** may as well eat whatever I want now. I'm really getting better at beating my disordered eating!

Anyways, hope you all have fun weekends What are all your plans? This weekend I'm having my hair done Saturday morning (self confidence boost right there), then going shopping to get a birthday present for the mother oh and also trading my phone in and possibly getting an Iphone, depends how I feel when I get there. I like having pink ones though, even my laptop and digital camera is pink, I'm such a girl! Plus I'm not sure touch screen is the best way to go for me. Oh and then I have work Saturday night, a total chore we had a lot ot trouble tonight criminal damage and that so we'll have the police in... again. Then Sunday I guess I'll just be cooking Sunday dinner and going to work in the evening, fun! Whatever you all do though I hope it's amazing !

Today I am at 127.

Now can I stay there!

I will go to the gym today.
Now I'ave said it I have to do it - right!!

I had let my gym time slip to once a week so I am trying to get there more often. So I am hoping that putting it in writing will help get me going!

Danni - Congrats on another great weigh in! Hope you have a great time at the gym, I know you can get back going!

Had my hair cut not exactly what I would have wanted but I kinda like it a new style to celebrate a new me . I got a mix of what I wanted with my phone too, I got an Iphone with a hot pink case, best of both worlds and I'm actually getting better at using it too, so far I'm LOVING it ! I need some advice though girls, is it a good idea to meet the guy who completely broke your heart? I'm finally getting my life back on track from the mess he caused and it's only for a drink but i'm just scared I'll fall back into it again. I don't know if I can handle the drama? Hmmm, but I really want to see him at the same time, got to look good to go though so it'd be great motivation!

Hope you're all well!

I made it to the gym. I like my new gym plan and I feel like I can get there twice a week. Still holding at 127 today.

Well you have to go have a look at the old heartbreaker don't you. How long ago did the break-up occur? Go with your heart but, listen to your head.

I'm still holding at 127 today and I'm happy with that!

I looked back at the notes I started keeping on Dec. 5, 2009 and realized that I have lost 16 months in about 4 months. If I can keep going at this pace I should be ready for summer. I think in the next 2 months my body will settle in at the weight it decides on and I will work to maintain.

x - I started going to the gym back in Oct 2009. But I didn't start my eating plan to Jan. When I started the physical trainer broke my strength training into a three day plan. But lately I was only getting there once a week.
So about a week ago I decided I would go through the whole routine in one day and make sure I got there twice a week. That's when I dropped down to 127 and my body just feels tighter.

Good Luck today and let us know how the meeting goes.

Danni, that's a good, solid lasting weight loss--good for you!

So as far as Easter goes....my goal is to be solidly into the 150s by next Sunday. I've been teetering on the 159/160 line for a week now, I want OUT. I'll still be heavier than I wanna be, but maybe I'll be able to squeeze into a decent outfit for the day. At least I won't be carrying the psychological weight I had a month ago--i.e., HEAVIEST EVER!

Joan - I know what you mean about getting to and staying in the next range on numbers. 159 is just one pound away from 160 - but it is a big mental jump. I was the same way about 130 (because I had a 9 lb. baby and only got up to 132). So hang in there - your new numbers are in sight.

Another solid day at 127. I love it when the scale doesn't jump up and down alot. To me that means I'm eating about the same everyday - which is my goal. Not too little and not too much.

Have a great day Feather Friends.

Hi guys, sorry I haven't been here in a few days. I've been extremely busy with projects for work. But I thought I'd take a few minutes to see how everyone is doing. I've been eating a vegetarian plan and really enjoying it (Fat Smashers). No cravings. Just enjoying my fruits, vegetables, eggbeaters, oatmeal and yogurt. I don't feel like I'm losing. I don't get it. I was dropping steadily when I was counting cals and eating what I liked for a while. Now my body seems to be holding on, even with little food.

X, why did you break up in the first place? Who broke up with whom?Did you finally go on the date? I've just saw your post and am hoping it all worked out. How did it all go? You have to watch it when you break up with someone and then go back to the same thing (when it didn't work in the first place). You may be lonely now and needing someone, but you don't want him to break your heart again. So be careful. You may be wasting your time going back with him. And you are too good to waste your time.

Danni, congrats on your continued success! Sounds like you will meet your Easter goal. That's awesome!

Joan, good luck to you in maintaining your 150's. I hate it when the scale changes on a daily basis. Just keep focusing on achieving your goal!

Good luck, Everyone

Tyla

Okay firstly thank you for the support girls . In answers to the questions I left him because he was a serial cheat and he hit me once and that was it, aha. I thought I was strong enough to leave forever but I never was because everytime I do he ends up messaging me and making me think he's changed and everytime he proves me wrong. I went yeah and it really was a mistake, well actually in some ways it wasn't. This time I know it's the final straw. Maybe I just needed to see him to believe it. Now he got what he wanted he isn't speaking to me again and he's back to his VERY young bit of stuff. I wouldn't say girlfriend 'cause they aren't together lol. I guess I've learnt this time though and after meeting him I went and had a GREAT night out with my friends but I ended up having one too many and looking a bit stupid but it was all in good fun! That's why I haven't been updating much . I was severely hungover yesterday and I refused to get out of bed haha.

Danni - Congrats on keeping at 127! && that you're body is feeling tighter, I think that's a better way of seeing how it's going than weight!

Joan - Good luck on being in the 150's for Sunday, I'm sure you can do it!

Tyla - Thanks so much . I'm glad you're cravings are still staying away. Maybe you're retaining water? Totm? One day you may just see a big drop Keep up the hard work and don't let the scale discourage you!

Good luck everyone! Only a few days left now!

Thank you all for your support. I feel I don't always GIVE enough support on here, probably because I'm so locked in my own struggle at the moment....but appreciate being part of such a positive group. MUAH!

X, thank you for your support and kind words. Yes, sometimes it gets discouraging. But this morning my hubby told me I look good, when he saw me in my underwear. LOL So I should take that as a sign that I'm doing well. So I'll stick with this vegetarian plan.

About leaving the idiot you were dating...good for you! Once a cheater, always a cheater! Plus we don't want another OJ on our hands. He apologized to Nicole Simpson a thousand times, too! I'm super proud of you for learning so quickly. Now you can move on. I'm glad you went out with your girlfriends. You'll see, before you know it, you'll find a nice guy. Be picky.

Well, I've got to get going. Take care.
