A pound down this week, might be the stress of going back to school and all the new students.
I've kept up the walking and am eating well.

Hi to everyone

I'm quite proud of myself... I just ate a huge, but not completely terrible for you meal and came home and still did my workout, even if it was 10pm!

Yes, I did. Only ten minutes and then I couldn't stand the dust any longer and got off to do some cleaning up. Did I tell you all that DH is renovating the kitchen? The dust is horrible!

Ashlan should be excited. That's wonderful!
Good work Amy.
AR .. good work on staying with the program even when life changes.
AZ ... the work out was easier than you think because you are fitter than you think.

Be good today!

Weighing in today for the Sexier by Thanksgiving Challenge - I'm down 1.2lbs since last week! But I'm still about a pound behind goal . I only worked out 4 times this week, so I'm going to up my game to 6 days and see if that helps me catch up! My eating hasn't been bad but I'm sure it could be better. 38 days till Grand Cayman! I can do it!

Hello girls .... Long time no see/write ...

Amy -- Jillian's workout is a tough one, that's for sure...

Susan -- YES this week will definitely be better

Ashlan -- 50lbs goal

AR4life -- Congrats on keeping up with the exercise and good food choices, it's a tough thing to do when you're stressed...

I had a wonderful weekend spent with 10 of my bestest girlfriends bonding and laughing it was awesome... I didn't gain any weight so I was happy with that...

Today was a good food and exercise day... On with tomorrow... Nite girls

Amy, just keep with it it gets easier. I am pretty strong muscle wise and I am only on level 1.

Today is my first day in a week that I have not done so well. Actually I did OK all day and then ate some (not a huge amount) of candy corn...darn holliday junk. I took the day off exercising because I sore and tired and just felt I needed it off. I am just really tired.

I hope everyone else is doing great

Jennifer

@Ilene - yes long time. Happy to hear from you again.

I had really bad body pain yesterday. Every inch in my body aches!! But I somehow couldn't drop the aerobics schedule, but skipped all those ab exercises. But I wonder whats the problem, after all these workouts I don't even lose a pound!! When I started last month with jogging I lost 4 pounds so fast that I couldn't believe it happening. But now it seems its stuck. I don't know why!! Now its rainy season, so I changed to aerobics instead of running outside. Is it alright or should I keep walking/running?

Good morning!

On the topic of varying cardio ... I think it was Mel who spoke to me about intensity. I had been walking outside and switched to dancing around indoors. I thought it was about the same. I got a heart rate monitor and found some variables that were very interesting. Dancing did not increase my heart rate by much nor did biking. I can't seem to 'get' that perceived exertion thing.

And body pain? Oh yes you need rest days! Have you tried splitting your exercises into body parts? If your abs are tired, do some arms and shoulders today ... or rest

And if the body pain is pervasive or not a consequence of exercise, it's worth speaking to your doctor about.

Yesterday was good. I got right back on plan. Yup, it'll be a good week.

Hey, Thanks Susan

I am sure my body pain is part of exercise, nothing to worry about it. :P Yea I think I will give rest to my abs for now, and will concentrate more on arms and lower body instead.I don't really feel good about my static weight!!

Oh! I really wonder how can I continue with running in this wet climate? But it seems there is no other alternative to the jogging walking.

I am trying to be a good girl today!

I caught a break yesterday. Had to walk somewhere and was blessed by the one bright sunny moment of the entire day It was windy but nice. I don't get that lucky everyday.
