This week I've only made it a point to exercise one day. Instead, I've just eliminated further calories from an already calorie restricted plan to compensate~~I guess it's okay as long as it doesn't last longer than this week. I've really got to get the exercise fever again. Maybe once I get booked with my new trainer (again~~grrr..)
Also, last night I played Bunco with the ladies & although I abstained from the drinks & snacks I DID have one brownie bite w/homemade whipped creme & a strawberry

when the hostess was walking around offering them ~~ I can't be an ungracious guest, now can I?
