I'm staying on plan today because I did SO WELL when I was just eating for myself this weekend (while DH was away), and I want to continue it now that the week has started and I'm back to "real life"!

I had a high calorie weekend and did not see a change in my weight (shouldnt be a surprise) but I really want to turn that around for next week so I'm staying OP!

I'm staying on plan today because I gave into my PMS and basically ate anything I could get my hands on Friday and Saturday.

I'm staying OP today because I did great yesterday and was rewarded with a half pound GAIN! I've got to stay OP to get rid of it!!!

How's this for frightening in terms of actual water weight gain:
tried on my bridesmaid dress for the first time at about 3 p.m. yesterday. It fit perfectly - I zipped up the strapless dress myself. It needs to be taken in around the rib cage about a 1/4 of an inch. I was beside myself happy:carrot: After the drive home (3 hours) and shopping outside in the heat ( was 87 here yesterday) and being so tired, tried it on again at home for my boyfriend at about 8 p.m. And it would not zip. :o :?: Seriously. I kid you not!~ I was HORRIFIED and so glad that was not the first time I was trying it on! In addition to the heat I'm also expecting my period which can make me a bit more bloated than usual too. So; it is ON PLAN for me hard core this week and we will see what the dress says next weekend! :carrot: :carrot: :carrot: :hug: :hug: to the featherweights!!! |
SOP today because I de-bloated! I'm back below the 150 mark and that makes me feel pretty good!!! :carrot: :carrot: :carrot:

I'm staying on plan today because BF and I went for a walk last night and I had so much energy, which I NEVER had prior to starting this journey! It felt good and I want to continue along that path.

Because I can. In fact I can make changes to my original plan and still make it work.

SOP because this is week 5 of floor exercises and 'activities' and I'm actually waking up WANTING to do my floor exercises! Who is this person in my body?
