Just actually POSTING it before my boyfriend and I go to a new restaurant so I'll stick to it:
1 piece of bread and one drink only!!! Dessert only if someone else gets it and then I get 3 bites. The end! I've really eaten very very little today so that I'd have the calories for those 2 things tonight - I'm so excited to see him! |
I'm staying on plan today because I feel so much better than I did a month ago. It's amazing...I finally have energy to burn.

I'm staying on my exercise plan today because company's coming for dinner and DH wanted cheese and crackers as part of the appetizers. I also picked up some spinach, artichoke hummas that's healthier than the c&c.
Dessert is a carrot cake which I found out after I bought it is 590 calories a slice. That's more than I usually eat in a whole meal! Go thing my sweet tooth has fallen out. |
SOP today because I've been off plan too long because of March break and I feel awful!

I'm SOP today because I feel just a teeny tiny bit guilty about my treat meal yesterday and I still want to hit 149 pounds on 03/26...

I managed to stay on plan today because I don't want to get lazy again.

Because I was feeling a bit blah... however going off plan would make me feel a lot blah... lol. So instead I plan on reading, watching movies and indulging myself in other ways. It's raining and getting dark, so sounds right for a cosy night in!

Because I did yesterday and it felt so much better than my biscuit fest the other night. Had a scale "preview" this morning. Don't think I'll be seeing 149 tomorrow but then that's just a reason to SOP - right?

SOP because, although my father may have made peanut butter cookies to tempt me with, I'd be much better off with an apple.

The one reason I'm staying on plan today is because I almost slipped up yesterday. At one point I actually thought to myself, "If the ladies on 3FC can do it so can I." It's amazing how much this site has motivated me.

SOP because I had too many glasses of wine when we had company over last night and that lead to eating the piece of 590 calorie carrot cake.
