SOP because I did yesterday and it felt great.

I'm staying OP today because I did it yesterday (1204 calories!!) and I'm back down to 140.

Because I had a late-night rendez-vous with some girl scout cookies yesterday...yummy, but time to crack down again! :)

I'm staying on my daily exercise plan because if I don't do it every day then I give myself permission to skip more than one day in a row. Then days turn into weeks and a month goes by with no exercise and I'm back to square one.
Today I did 5 REAL pushups! Plus 20 girly pushups. |
sop because it felt so good to get on the scale this morning and see 4 pounds gone!

SOP because... it's becoming a lifestyle and not a plan, per se.
Also my legs are all sore after doing two good runs in the past two days. Now I'm not a natural runner (yet!) so I choose to savour the moment and feel proud instead of going OP and undoing the good work! |
Staying on plan today because if I don't I'm going to start gaining weight :tantrum:

I'm staying on plan today because I wasn't able to go to the gym since I'm sick. The plan is to eat mindfully. So far I've been doing great.

Even though my Mom is bringing 'something to have with our coffee', I think I can do well around that.

I'm staying on track today because my bestfriend/exboyfriend is coming home in two months! And I want to be the healthiest I can to keep up with his constant energy and life!

I'm staying on track today because I'm worth it! Summer is right around the corner and for once I'd like to be truly comfortable in my own skin.

I'm staying on plan today because... There hasn't yet been a week in my one and a half month diet where the scale hasn't shown me a loss. I wanna keep that up!

SOP because yesterday I could finally feel my muscles toning up from all the floor exercises I've been doing.
Having to log on everyday and post to this forum has really been a motivator to stay on plan. Thanks to everyone who posts! |

The one reason I'm staying on plan today is because I want to reach my halfway point in two weeks and there's no way I'll do that if I'm not on plan!! Then I'll be out of the 150s forever!!
