Because despite me feeling so positive yesterday I still messed up even having got to 8pm on plan. :mad: Today I do not feel positive but I've read my last comment on this thread - I feel great when I stay on plan and lousy when I don't.

SOP because I've made it to the last day of our Florida vacation and I've done an excellent job of eating right and exercising every day. Mom's already made sandwiches for our plane ride back to New Jersey, so I know today's eating will be fine as well.

I'm SOP today because when I weigh myself tomorrow, I don't want to have to change the wonderful current placement of my ticker.

I'm SOP because I had a fairly good weekend, and I read Paul Mackenna's "I can make you thin" to reinforce some stuff :)

SOP today because I just calculated my calories for when I was away 5 days on vacation and I averaged 1290 for the week! That should keep me at goal weight when I do my weekly weigh in on Wednesday.

Walking2lose ~ thanks for the compliment. I wore that bathing suit for a walk along Siesta Key Beach in Sarasota on Saturday. It felt good to look good. It's only for sun bathing now since it's 3 sizes too big and falls off me in the New Jersey shore waves.

Ariel27 ~ I'm the same height and wouldn't mind if I were able to get down to 105. I've been there before and the BMI charts say it's still healthy for our height. But I'm not going to push to make it happen. If it does so naturally, great. If not, I'm very happy at 110 lbs.

Carolyn - it's about NLP really and a bit of Intuitive Eating. The guy made his name as a stage hypnotist, but he is very good with this other stuff too. I would like to go to one of his seminars, but I have just trawled his website and haven't found a price, so I believe they are rather expensive! The book comes with a CD to help you visualise and meditate and stuff but I haven't played it yet because part of me still thinks it's bunk! Try and get it at the library, it's a good read whatever plan you're doing. :)

2Frustrated ~ what is NLP? I think I eat intitively already since I always wait until I'm hungry to eat. If I'm out socially, I sometimes have a problem with stopping when I've had enough. Especially at my MIL when she serves family style. I get tense around her and often over eat.
