Margie...if you "like" this guy then I think you should let him know you eat dinner EVERY NIGHT...so any night "may" work....if you don't care that much...well then work around your schedule!

Default Hi there!

Just started a post and lost it all. so here goes again. My niece did great at her fund raiser, she made about $1200. Her bosses got the stuff for the pizzas from their distributors and made them all we just had clean up not to bad. E.Z. yours is on the way! Careful of the green, it might not be peppers!
Jackay- sorry to hear about your dad, prayers for him, also pray you have a good time at Disneyworld, and safe trip.
Margie- I say A.S.A.P. so he doesn't think your not interested. Especially if you have been friends for 10+ years, sounds like it could be the start to something special.
I am opening my camper up this weekend, got to flush the system take the cover off and rake the site, hope we have good weather. I have a meeting with the boss today about scheduling don't presume there will be any issues time will tell.
Sorry this is short, but want to get some cleaning done, the back seat of my car has no room to sit, don't really know why I should worry as no one usually sits back there anyway, may find some lost treasure back there.
Hi to all I missed! Beautifull sunny day here.

Hi all!

Margie~Woohoo! How cool that he asked you to dinner... I think you should just talk to him and find out a time convenient for both of you. Just be open and honest, tell him if you are busy at that time and you'll figure it out. Don't worry about it being too soon or not soon enough. Can't wait to hear all about it!

Gary, no Eric did not come to the Grand Opening, i did invite him but he was doing golf lessons and didn't get home until after 9 pm. I would have liked him to join us, but his life revolves around golf and lessons and making some money. Golf season is kind of short in MN i guess. But the evening was very nice, i took some pics and will try to upload them later today. I was not able to do spinning, very disappointed. My wheel wouldn't work properly i think because it wasn't level and my driveband broke...i gave up and walked around with platters of cheese and veggies and chocolate truffles and champagne. We were packed, it was a huge success.

Thumbs up Still walking. . .

Just checking in with a quick 'hi', going to the extension office this afternoon as they're having their annual plant sale, - lots of veggie plants at a quarter apiece! Thanks EZ, Mitchypoo and Sue for the advice. Fred is a really nice guy, I know he's off work today, perhaps I'll give him a call and see if he's up for a walk & dinner tomorrow??? We'll see. . .

I did run into Fred at the park last night, we did a lap together (my 3rd lap) before I left, he went on and walked another one but I added a couple more blocks to my lunch walk today too, so for May I'm at 6.72 miles. Hope everyone else is able to get at least a little bit of a walk in. I didn't mean to scare anyone with my challenge but some people do better if they feel like there's a challenge. My biggest wish is that all of you just walk, jog, run, whatever, just get out there and get some exercise!!! It makes so much different, not only in your weight loss but in how you feel, good endorphines!

Well, off to the extension office - Margie

Hi Everyone!

Margie...Cool to the date! Yeah, I have to agree with Michele. You can MAKE time, even if it's a bit. Walking the laps was good last night, it allows a wonderful opportunity to chat. I'm not scared of the challenge. I'm doing 6 miles this week. I have maybe 1.5 in already. Tonight will be a different story. I plan to take Nikki on a 3.5 mile walk (I think that's what it is). Then this weekend to close up the week, I will take her either to white pine trail or the "doggy park" as we call it.

Michele...I am truly glad your open house went wonderful. I joined a couple of coworkers and went to my boss' husband opening of their Deli today. I'm full...chicken salad on 7 grain bread with a pickle.

EZ...do you remember The Real McKoys? good grief...I'm 49.5. I remember way too much.

Well, just got called to do something, so gotta go.

Margie B., definitely make time for the date! Sounds like a good opportunity to spend some quality time with your friend, see where it goes...

Michele, too bad you didn't get a chance to show off your spinning skills! That would've been so cool to see pictures of.

Sue, I bet you're excited to get the camper up and running. Hopefully the weather will cooperate. I know the weather here has been slowly improving. It's 70* today, and it's supposed to be 75* over the weekend! Yippee!

Well, I'm babysitting, so I better get back to work See you all later!

Ugh. I have to teach a preschool martial arts class tonight. I love doing it, but I'm just so worn out from today. I just hope I have enough energy to keep up with them!

That's so funny, my first hand-spun yarn i knit into a sweater and I used deer horn buttons from a deer my husband at the time had got and he prepared them for me. They are kind of cool.
