    Lena, I am a High School Spanish teacher. I have about 65 kids in 3 classes. The problem is, I have 11 in Spanish II and 24 and 27 in Spanish I. Anything more than 20 is too many for quality instruction! Unfortunately, many of our freshmen and sophomores are not motivated to do their homework, so after Monday my classes will shrink. They can't continue if they fail. I'm disappointed, but they HAVE to learn to do the work and accept the consequences if they don't!

    Okay here we go.... what has been posted so far we have gone

    1,289,913 steps

    with some more for Friday still to come in. We are all in great shape for the Coast to Coast... see you tomorrow morning in Hopedale LOL!

    This is SO much fun... far more fun than sitting around whining about having to be on "diets" LOL Wheweeewwweeeew tomorrow night my ticker will get to start moving LOL

    Hmmmm I just realized today that we're starting the Coast-to-Coast on a Saturday! Historically, my Saturdays have been somewhat less than stellar in the steps department (remember my 1,792 day? Yep, a Saturday!)

    Well, in honor of the Challenge we have set before us, I hereby declare I'm a-gonna march my little shoes off tomorrow! Well, at least by Saturday standards!

    Wheeeeee off we go!

    LOL Lena, no one ever accused you of being QUICK, did they? I am the opposite... Saturday is usually my BIG stepper day but since I work at Love INC (food bank) tomorrow there is no way I will be able to do as much stepping as usual!! This is going to be toooooo fun though! And since the thread is stickied I think we will get more people as we go along!!! I hope so or I may be spending the winter in Detroit or somewhere LOL

    My final log for this challenge is 2,475 steps for a grand total of 169,564. I'm glad I have a brand new start with a new thread so I can try my best to do better!

    Here's my finishing total for this thread, too.

    Steps for Friday, March 24 = 12,487, total for March of the Chicks = 322,687.

    I'm really psyched because this is the first week since I started recording that I got 10K every day, Monday through Friday! Yay!

    This has been so much fun! And what a great warm-up for our next Big Challenge! Onward and upward to Hopedale... and beyond!!! See you there!
