I haven't tried 30D shred before, I'm so out of shape, I know it will e hard lol
Will be doing it as soon as my kids are asleep!
For those who have done 30D before, if you could tell me your success? Or how your measurements changed? I'm losing weight but I feel my measurements are still the same
I already lost water weight, so what am I losing now ?!

Ok, so I just did level 1 and it's pretty tough! But I managed to go through all of it. I did notice that it doesn't focus on lower body as I would have liked. Anyone has any suggestions for a good lower body workout? I will continue 30D shred though.
