I don't have my measurements, but I do know my weigh in for Saturday. (After eating sushi for lunch and dinner on friday!! lol... sigh.)

I wanted to start Shredding but her Step Deck routine has me sore all over. I'm struggling just to get in cardio cuz all muscle are SCREAMING.

I'm running out to get her Ripped in 30 2mro though. Just so I have it to stare at in motivation....

I want to add some extra cardio to the Shred, but my legs are stll so darn tired by the end! Maybe in a few days when I'm more in shape. Is anyone else considering/or already doing this?

I've just started doing 30DS again so I'm in a similar situation as I'm planning on adding more cardio as well. When I did 30DS about a year ago I was doing it religiously in the mornings and I added extra cardio in the afternoons but it wasn't until after the 1st week and it was gradual (3x a week/ 4x a week/ daily).

I think it just depends on how active you are already and how long you've been shredding for. If your muscles need the recovery time at first, I think that's normal. You should know/feel when you can do more.
