Nascar, what a great loss!!! I know when i've lost weight in the past it sometimes takes a new outfit or hair style to make people take notice. LOL

Angelsmom you are doing SOO great! That is so encouraging to hear that you are feeling stronger through it. You're getting so close to the finish line!

I need to get back on track!! AH! I haven't gotten it in the last 3 days... but I did walk (briskly) a 5k both yesterday and this morning. And I have Zumba tonight. So definitely still moving. Just have slacked on the shred. It was getting easier.

Back at it tomorrow... with L2D6... guess I took a midway break. LOL

Daug- I wouldn't worry about missing a few days, you're still exercising! So keep it up
