I know it's been quiet on here for a while but I am trying to decide whether to invest in this programme when it is quite expensive and have a couple questions. I hope someone can help.
How like 30DS and Ri30 are the workouts in Body revolution? And how like BFBM are the cardio workouts. And like 30DS and Ri30 is level 1 entry level fitness or a bit more challenging? Also, do you HAVE to workout in the morning AND evening? Thank you. |
I started this program yesterday. :) I didn't do the 7 day metabolism thing, just went to week 1 straight away. I don't want to overdo it since I haven't been exercising so I don't want it to be too much of a shock to my system. I'm also not following the diet she gives. I'm just going to count calories and eat healthier. Today is workout 2, can't wait!

Day 2 - DONE!
I'm loving this! 30 minutes is SOOOO nice compared to 1 hour-1.5 hours in P90X. I finish and I'm drenched in sweat. I'm also very stiff in the thighs and chest right now. I'm loving it! :) Cardio tonight, can't wait! |
On day 7! It's my day off. Let me tell you, I've been sore all week! Good feeling though! I've also been sweating like crazy after each workout so that's a good sign. Weigh in tomorrow morning. Let's hope for the best! My diet could improve!

Starting week 3 tomorrow! New workouts, I can't wait (: Bring it on! I also have my weigh in tomorrow. I still haven't worked out a diet plan yet but it's in the progress.

Weighed in this morning and lost .6lbs. I'll take that! I haven't eaten too good the past week.
Diet plan is in the near future. I'm going to be following: Jorge Cruise's Belly Fat Cure. I'm currently reading the book. It's really good so far. Tonight is the start of the 3rd week, workout #3. I'm scared and excited at the same time haha! |
Tonight is my last day of week 3 and then on to week 4! Phase 1 will be fast done and then I'll be in phase 2. I'm feeling so good about my workouts now. I was so impressed, I've ALWAYS struggled with push-ups. I can do them on my knees but I've always wanted to do regular push-ups. Yesterday, I decided to sneak in a regular push-up. I was SOOOO happy I was able to do one! I know one isn't much but it's a step there! Maybe next time, I'll be able to do two!

:carrot: I ordered body revolution yesterday so hopefully will start in two weeks or sooner if it arrives quickly-I'm ready to get this extra 30lbs off my body!

Very new here and in need of help
Hi, I'm on week 4 of the revolution and haven't lost a pound... You guys all seem to be doing so well, does anyone have some tips or what worked for them?

I am going on my last week of phase 3 and I loved this program!!! Will be starting insanity in 1 week.

I really need to get back into this. I think I'll do her beginner workouts and 30DS for a month then come back to BR.

I'm going to kick start 2013 with Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution! Luckily my Mum had bought this so I'm ripping the files to the laptop for my own use. I did a flick through of the food programme, something that I don't think I'll able to keep to since I live in Japan so some of the foods I can't get/have no idea how to read the labels! But having been at this weight loss game for a few years I will implement the main philosophies of lots of veg, protein and whole grains. Hopefully I'll see some success with this programme =)

Has anyone started this for the new year? I did day 1 today and really pushed myself, and totally felt the burn! I'd love an accountability buddy :)

I haven't actually had a chance to read through everything. That's my goal this weekend. But I wanted to get started with the workouts. I do think I'm in better shape than I thought, as I'm not finding it super hard -- yet. I'm worried about progressing ;)
