Hi, just new here...i would like to know if somebody just start the program body revolution , for me i'll start tomorrow also would like to know if the results are good for those of you who started in febuary...thank you in advance for any tips you may have for me :)

Starting month 2 on Monday. Weight loss is avg since I'm not doing 1200 daily but still making progress. Will start jogging/biking soon in conjunction with Body Rev. For me it's more about conditioning at the moment and working on my eating. Once I'm steady there, the weight will fall off.

That's only if you're doing the 7 day Kickstart the first week. With this you'd do the regular Week one routine with the cardio workout every evening.
Otherwise, just one workout a day :) Quote:

I am in the middle week 2. The workouts no longer leave me incredibly sore and I am able to complete easily. I am both eager and scared to start workouts #2 and #3. 1st week on program and I lost 5LBs. I do believe I will complete this program this time. I have 72 pounds more to go, and I do believe with Jillians help I will accomplish my goal. I love me some Jillian! ;)

i'm on workout 9 and it's hard i'm looking forward to being able to complete it i figure i will be finish with my first 90 days in july i think i will try tapout xt
then and do jmbr again hopefully i will reach my goal before my birthday in jan i not only want to lose weight but i also want to be fit my goal is to lose 30 more pounds so far i have lose 22 pounds |

I love all JM DVDs. I bought the BR DVD's (earlier this year) and followed her diet plan and only lost 2 lbs the first week. Then the weeks after that my weight stabilized. I did lose a lot of inches though. You gain mad muscle with this program and I don't think 1200 calories is enough for some people. JM is really entertaining and kicks butt in these DVDs!! I still do the DVDs 3x/week and I recently got a Bodymedia Fit armband.

I'm finishing up Phase 2 this week. I eat a lot more than 1200 calories - 'm still nursing and have 4 kids to take care of :).
I use much heavier weights as well 5-20 lbs. Not loosing weight, but inches are dropping off fast. This month alone (and the month is not over yet!) I lost 2" of my chest, waist, 4" off my hips. For cardio, I sometimes do Turbo Fire and sometimes Cardio 2. |
