I was on week 8 and on workouts 7 & 8 then had to go out of town for several days. I'm just now back on track and feeling a bit lost. I'm guessing I will start back with 7&8. Not really sure where to start but I just know I need to start back. Is anyone not doing cardio every day? I wasn't doing it every day just when we rotate it with the workouts. Like day 1 workout 7 day 2 w.o. 8 day 3 cardio. Now I'm thinking maybe I need to do cardio in the mornings and my reg workouts in the evening. Suggestions?

Cuz I missed wrkout 3 yesterday I made it up today and I'm gonna do wrkut 4 as well since that was my scheduled wrkout for today

I've seen a lot of changes as far as inches but not pounds. I would like to see more results in my abdominal area. Most everywhere else is getting pretty toned so I was thinking that more cardio would help achieve those results. I'm between 170-172. I've lost 14 inches but only 6 pounds in a little over 2 months.

I asked around and someone I know has this program and said she would lend it to me so I'm going to see if it's a program for me or not :) I always loved Jillian. I currently weigh 175 and would love to lose a lot of weight for this summer and it's FAST approaching. I'd like to get started ASAP.

i was looking on youtube and a person on the program will do her cardio then the workout and burn 600 calories i'm thinking of trying that to lose more pounds

I LOVED workout 4! It went by so fast. Could not do a couple moves very well, but the variety was great.

wednesday i kept wondering why am i not losing the weight and it came to me why when i went to the doctor for a bladder infection the doctor told me that due to the infection my bladder was retaining water oh my god thats why people tell me they notice the weight loss but the scale didnt show it a little thing like your bladder can cause such a problem the medication takes 7 days and i can't wait to see the difference in my weight after the infection is gone
