Just finished my last n finish day of wrkout 8 can't believe after cardio 2 is done 2mrw I'll actually be movin on to phase 3 Monday. Cuz how time flies

Hey there! I posted a new thread before realizing this was one. So sorry in advance if you read that bit!

Anyway, has anyone done this without use of any equipment? I think there are weights and a stretch band involved? I got the set gifted to me without any equipment and I'm not really sure if I should bother doing it?

I have weights at my gym, and 1 ten pound weight at my house (lol, I dunno why or how it got here) There's hardly anyone at my gym, should I just go there and use the weights? I could bring my laptop and all that.

But I'd much rather avoid that awkward situation, so do you think this would be beneficial if I follow everything to a tee except for the weights, or should I repeat some things? Thanks!

Was supposed to start phase 3 yesterday but I got a bad shoulder tendonidis since Friday. I'm very desappointed and wish I could finish the program but I'm forced to stop. :-(

Had to get sum new shirts for wrk and when I tried on a 14 it fit. I originally a 16.

:wave: hi everyone!

i just finished day 1 of phase 1 and i feel amazing! don't get me wrong she kicked my butt and i felt like i wasn't ready for most exercises, but i feel like the format and the program is something i can finish.

i did well on my eating today but dont plan to follow her program. i may use some of her recipes here and there though.

i'm on workout 5 and i though i would have to do 3&4 an extra week but i didn't i changed the workout times because the weekends are hard for me to workouts. so i do workout 5 monday workout 6 tuesday workout 5 again on wednesday and workout 6 on thursday now on each day i do 1 hour at least of cardio if i'm not to busy i try to do cardio on friday and saturday and if i have time i'll repeat the workouts am and pm 5&6 i live to workout nowdays

i just began phase 2 monday april 30th and i measured myself all over again as if i was starting all over again i didn't keep up with my numbers to much the first month but this month i will keep up with my calories in and calories burned my goal this month is 10lbs and 2 inches off my hips and waist

i believe i can try a bootcamp for extra workout after i finish workouts 5&6 i think 5&6 are putting me in shape for it

i think workout 5 is a lot harder than 6 my arm are so sore from crabs
