Philly Not in that video. Tons in the chest and shoulders video though.

Good luck with the workout!

Hi. Had lots of appointments today and was really tired and cranky. Tomorrow's Pilates class.

Glad to hear everyone doing so great.

Level 2 is just...awful. I feel like I got hit by a train and now I know why I did this only once before. Very awkward moves that also require some balance. Oh well...gonna keep on keeping on.

Hi guys, Happy Hump Day

Today's Pilates class. Love what Pilates is doing for my core. It's making me feel strong and flexible. Thinking it's time to add some impact to my workout...

Have a great day everybody....

Just finished 45 minutes of digging in the garden followed by Turbo Fire HIIT 25. I really, really, really wanted to quit halfway through the video, my muscles were already fatigued from jumping on the shovel and heaving sod around, but I'm glad I didn't. It was worth it! Tonight I have to go to H&R Block for taxes, then it's grocery shopping = bleh.

I'm thinking tomorrow I'll do a quick ab workout in the morning for my formal workout and spend more time in the garden.

novangel Ahh, I hated 30 day shred the (very short amount of) time I tried it. Good for you for sticking to it! When it's hard that just means you're doing a good job! Be proud!

Exhale (Sanity? Exhale? Dunno what to call you now! ) I'm glad your pilates class is working for you! I should do more pilates, but I tend to skip it cause it is soo difficult to keep proper form. Good work!

Hi all,

Bunneh, I know it's lots of work, but I envy you your garden. As far as the Pilates goes, I do better with difficult things done in one spot than difficult things done running/jumping, etc. I was first drawn to Pilates 'cause it's done lying down Good luck with the Tax Man

Angel, you're inspiring

Philly, hope you had a great day

Today's Pilates class got me back on track. Instead of focusing on how grumpy I felt, I focused on focusing and the hour flew by and I did good.

Have a great night everyone...

My work day was non stop. On top of that I didn't have any food with me and had to wing it. First problem was that i didn't get anything in my stomach until 1pm. It was downhill from there and my energy is now gone. I'm going to get to bed early in an effort to get up early and do my workout in the morning instead of in the evening. I want to try to change my body clock cause its getting to nice out to workout after work. Sometimes I just want to be out and about.

So a nice person on the facebook group I frequent was nice enough to let me download a ebook by Jorge Cruise called The Belly Fat Cure. My first problem with the premise is the lack of fruit. However this goes with that video that nobody watched that I posted about sugar...sigh! He advocates limiting sugar to 15grams a day.

I see everybody of rockin and rollin along.

novangel, your body likes a challenge. With challenge brings change. Keep up the good work

Exhale, I'm very bad at pilates. Not only am I inflexible, but my core is very weak.

Bunneh, gardening AND HITT....wow! I echo exhale and wish you luck with the tax man.

Today was to be a cardio day, but I really don't have the energy. I'm off to make a protein shake for dinner and relax.

Eaw, I have never been a pop drinker. I live on water, coffee, and unsweetened iced tea.

Happy Thursday, fellow movers!

Completed Les Mills Hard Core Abs and TurboFire Tone 30 this morning.

I'm planning to spend about an hour in the garden today. I should be able to finish digging the bed I'm working on easily in that time and then I will get through as much of the bed with the hand tiller as I can.

Plus it's laundry day. Hanging laundry on the line then getting it down always seems like more work than it should be!

Exhale, wow that is quite a list!

Bunneh, I didn't know you had les mills! I was looking at his beachbody product. I want it for the barbell alone.

novangel, lol@skipping to level 3. Just think what doesn't kill ya makes you stronger...lol The offer for body revolution will always be on the table. I uploaded a few workouts on 4shared just let me know.

Ok, this mornings workout didn't happen. I started a new blog on blogger so I spent some time playing with that and before I knew it it was 11pm. I will commend myself for not having an evening snack last night. I even looked at my food journal before making the decision. Yay me! Ok, gotta get back to work.

Oh...too much to post ?

So I've been doing alternate days. Today is an 'off' day. Feeling the Pilates in my hips and back. I love being made aware of my 'anatomy', and opening up the stiff areas is energizing! In Yoga, it's believed that lack of circulation/tightness/'congestion' is a breeding ground for disease, hence the focus on 'openings' and unblocking energy - there's is something to it...

Tomorrow afternoon I have a Pilates class; but in the morning I'm thinking of trying a Zumba class...I have a couple of classes left on a gift card, and everyone raves about Zumba, so I'll get out of my comfort zone and give it a try....
