my mp3 player broke so I couldn't do the program.
Instead, I walked half the lake (~450m), run 1 round (~900m), then walk 450m, then run another 900m, and then later walk 450m.
It was a great workout, but I think I upped my pace a little too fast, so by the end of 2nd run, I felt like I couldn't get enough air. That might also due to the humid air and very strong wind today as well. Tomorrow I'll try for W5D1 since what I did today was pretty much the same with it, minus the last running interval. I'll run slower tmr hopefully I can complete it

And besides, the lake is quite similar distance with what I have to run in W5D1, so I don't have to use my mp3 player.
I'll have to get my mp3 fix soon
