Wanted to thank all you ladies so much for all of the inspiration. Seeing your posts daily help me stay motivated. I am going to go ahead and begin posting my exercise over in the PCOS forum from now on as it is nice to be able to talk with other ladies going through similar issues. Thanks so much again. I know... it seems crazy... but some days I just watch a movie at the gym.... some days I do more, some days less.... right now I am doing a lot, because I have some time off |
