Feb 2nd - 30 mins - kettlebell

Total: 60 mins.

Gosh it's cold here. Been working out at home because I can't make myself go to the gym. I hate cold weather. I'm a big wuss when it comes to that!

Total: 80 min

Man week 3 is really kicking my butt! I am considering repeating week 3 so that I do not burn myself out. However, I would like to push myself....any thoughts?

Depends on what day you are on. If you are just on the first day then wait until Day 3 to decide if you need to redo that week. I personally would recommend that you push through to Week 4. That's what I did and I amazed myself.

Ok, no laughing at my tiny amount of exercise please, I am almost 2 weeks post op from having a hysterectomy so I am having to start out very slowly and will have to keep it pretty light for quite some time until I am fully healed. I am proud I was able to do what I have so far though:) and you are all very inspiring! :carrot:


2/1: 30 min slow walk around the neighborhood
2/2: 2 1/2 laps around the high school track

2/2 - 60 minutes walk/run treadmill
2/3 - 30 minutes pilates/yoga, 20 minutes weight lifting, 20 minutes Zumba
