2/2-30 min C25K W3D2 2/3-30 min C25K W3D3, 20 min leg and arms 2/4-none, work Total: 80 min Do any of you guys work 12 hour shifts? I just can't seem to make myself workout on days I work. I leave the house at 6:20 am and don't get home until8:15-8:30 pm. When I get home I am hungry and have to fix myself dinner and I already wake up at 5:45 to get ready for work, so I can't imagine getting up earlier. |

Maybe it's just internal healing going on. I plan on walking tomorrow though. If I post it here it holds me accountable:) |
