I want to join too! I am running about 1.5 miles straight and then keep going walking running for another 1 or so. I want to keep increasing until I run the entire half and hour and do 5 minute warm up and cool down. Right now I am able to run for 15 minutes and then do the remaining time alternating.
Question for you seasoned runners....I was told to only run every other day but I sometimes am not able to do any other type of exercise and I end up running maybe 4 days in a row and then when my husband is home I can do yoga. So is it very bad. How are your running schedules?
