I just started back at the gym today. Woot! I've been away for almost a year.
I wanted to see how in or out of shape I was at the gym. I've been walking about 30-45 mins four times a week, outside these past two months.
I surprised myself today and did 30 mins on the treadmill doing intervals of 1 min jog and 2 min speed walking. I was sweating, but felt great. I was going to do the C25K, but I'm going to take it at where I am now and build up from there. I'm sooo happy that I finally got my butt to the gym again!
I am glad to hear you are “back in business” LOL.
