Thanks a bunch! I was proud as well...considering when I started running 4 weeks ago, I could only run 30 secs without rest. Today I ran 1st mile in 10.5 min....yeahhhh!!, 2nd mile ran straight, then 1/2 mile, rest, 1/2 mile/rest/1/2 mile/rest/sprint/rest/sprint.

Belezura - I must admit...I'm ASTONISHED at your workout schedule. I got tired just reading all the numbers..lol! Anyhoot...if you don't mind me asking, what type of exercise do you do? Do you find it easier to workout in the morn and eve? Have you found that breaking up your workout schedule has helped your overall goals? Any help you can offer would be appreciated.
In any event...impressive...to say the least!

I'M going to hop in here too ) I like the idea and I truly think it will help with my motivation! I work out about 4 days a week but I'm just going to start midmonth instead of grossly overestimating or underestimating my work outs for the beginning of the month
Oct 13: 20 min crossfit WOD 20 min cardio
total: 40 min
Hi joyfulloser
Thank you!!!!
Someone asked me the same question on a thread of some month ago... Next month I will start writing which activity I’ve done for the day
I usually do at least one hour lifting weight/day - alternating between lower/up body. All the other minutes after that one hour posted is devoted to cardio (different kinds, depending on the day).
Yesterday, for example:
Morning (BodyPump class) - one hour and 30 minutes on one kind of stair climber they have at the gym, plus 10 minutes in another stair climber they have with arms movement and then 40 minutes on a stationary bike.
Afternoon Spinning class - 50 minutes plus 28 minutes on the same stationary bike I've worked in the morning.
3 weeks/month I have Wednesdays and Thursdays off in the morning, so I can workout morning and evening.
All the other days I can only make to the gym after work. I recently change to a gym that has classes and it made me go to there more often, because I really enjoy the classes.
The reason I go to the gym that often is to avoid staying home and eating. It occupies my time and works my body at the same time, so it is a win/win situation.
Besides, it makes me feel awesome!!! If I skip the gym I feel terrible and guilty.
Coming here and logging my minutes keep me motivated and I hope it motivates other people too...
You are doing great! Hope to see your posts here often!!!
