11 - about 20 min on the rowing machine, than got kicked out of the fitness centre when it closed! And 12 min cardio & resistance.
12 - 11 min running, 6000m (about 35 min) on the rowing machine, 10 minutes stretching

July 5 Treadmill 25 minutes, Eliptical 15 minutes, Stationary bike 10 minutes
July 6 Aquacize 46 minutes, Walked dog 22 minutes
July 7 Aquacize class 55 minutes
July 8 Treadmill 22 minutes, Stationary bike 22 minutes, Eliptical 16 minutes
July 9 Aquacize class 55 minutes, Walked dog 25 minutes
July 10 Aquacize 32 minutes, Eliptical 20 minutes
July 11
July 12 Treadmill 20 minutes, Stationary bike 20 minutes, Eliptical 20 minutes
