July 5 Treadmill 25 minutes, Eliptical 15 minutes, Stationary bike 10 minutes
July 6 Aquacize 46 minutes, Walked dog 22 minutes

Took yesterday off - had to travel for a death in the family and had no time. Today I did hill running w/ LB work for 60 min.
