Um, I walked a little. I had a flat and couldn't ride my bike this morning, and didn't get myself motivated to do anything this evening.

03 - Walked to transit and on errands at lunch, about 30 min total

All last month I was inputting nothing for my one day off from heavy exercise a week and got 'told' by my husband that even though I wasn't puffing and sweating (much!) from my mild yoga I needed to input it because I was doing -something-.

So today: 1 hour mild yoga

Normally I do yoga on Sunday but after yesterday I need the yoga today (Saturday) and will do weight training tomorrow.

Can I post what I did yesterday? I did 30 minutes of Interval Training on the Cybex, and then 20 minutes of regular Cybex. Today, I plan to do 30 minutes of walking uphill, 20 minutes of Cybex and upper body weights.
