Short day at work so I was able to get 3 miles with the dogs then 3.25 treadmill...also burned a few calories mowing the front and back yards. Even burned some more earlier this evening slicing polska kielbasa into 600 sandwich size pieces for rolls, with Angie and my ex-wife, for the Viking Festival this week-end.

Today was my scheduled day off, but I decided to go to the gym anyway. I did 45 mins of light cardio split between the bike and the elliptical. Burned 350 calories.

I did 2.5 with the dogs ~ 3.25 on the treadmill and 30 minutes of weights.

Just finished the Starbucks run with the mutts and Angie...3.5 miles...off to the Viking Festival and martial arts show at church.

went hiking with dh up in the mountains. spent 1.20 min hiking about 2.5 miles (maybe more) at anna ruby falls then spent 2 hrs wandering around helen ga....but then blew the exercise by enjoying oktoberfest with good german sausage and beer.....but well worth it.
