I didnt get up until 10:15. Cant believe it! Over 9 hours sleep.
Scale is 178.0. It bounced around 177 but settled on 178. Less than yesterday is always good,, even though its going slow. Slow is better than No.
I want to do some laundry today. I will read during the Superbowl. I want to cook something for dinner but I dont know what. I have to check the freezer downstairs to see what I have. So far I know I have steaks,stufffor veg soup,stuff for pork and sauerkraut,Stuff for Kielbassi and noodles. I also have a beef roast that I bought at the local store yrsterday. I wanted to make cabbage rolls today but dont have meat. I mentioned it to DH but he didnt take the hint. He helps me steam the cabbage and maybe he doesnt want to. I used to do it myself and I can, but he likes to feel like hes helping.
I. want to get all my laundry done this week, little bit every day. I have so much. I just cant get it all done no matter what I do.

I got locked out of twitter. Sometimes they dont tell you what you did, but I used the word "naked". Im surprised because people use right out swear words. So I was restricted for 12 hours. I thought I could still post, so when I tried, they locked me out for " A week or more."
I'll have to talk to my friend Elon about this!😅
DH wanted the roast. So its browned, in the pressure cooker with onion slices, peeled carrots and bullion. DH also requested potatoes with tomato soup that I usually make with meatloaf. So thats in the oven. I guess we will eat around 4:30. Time got away from me while I was dealing with my indescretion on Twitter.
I had a problem like that on FB right after they weren't supposed to be doing that anymore on there. The excuse I got was that I had shared too many things or they were working on something. I never knew what the problem was. No problems since then.
We aren't going to watch the game. DH is watching some war movie that I am not interested it. I'm reading on the computer and will switch to my games later.
I got all my tests results except the scan result as it is too soon for that one to post. I am happy to say that everything is back to where it should be. My CA 125 that was going up came back down to 1229 from 1981 which means tumor is not growing. Even the BUN and BUN/Creatinine although still high has come down quite a bit. I think taking only 1 Lasix may be the difference there. Also the Creatinine reading was normal. Some of my other numbers that was different that had improved was off and I think that is because I stopped eating as much protein. I will adjust that hoping it will be better next time. I am very pleased with my results.
Your roast sounds good. Makes me want one. We will go to the store tomorrow because it is supposed to rain Tuesday.

Im not craazy about beef roast but this,was good. It took a long time to cook but DH said it was because the seal in the lid of the pressure cooker was not on right. He noticed that when he cleaned up, which he often does.
Im glad your lab results are improving. 😀❤.
My notification said my activity is limited to sending DMs to my followers but I tried and they wont go through. I should try in the morning and see if I can post. This has happened before but they did not tell me what I did. This happened immediately after I posted the naked post so I knew right away. The first time I got locked out I appealed and explained what my post meant and they unlocked my account. That was their misunderstanding.

Im back in Twitter! Yay!
Good sleep,scale rd is down to 177.0. One whole lb. I pray this downward trend continues. Ive been sleeping very well lately. Only 1 wake up for the bathroom. I am taking the same bedtime meds as I was before. Maybe Im just at peace more than before.
Philadelphia,won the Super Bowl. DH said Mahomes was really off, seemed as if maybe someone paid him off. But I'm glad for PA and my home town. I was only 7 when we left and dont remember much about it except our neighborhood. How different would my life have been if we stayed? Kansas City was favored to win. Lots of people lost money!
We will have to go to Walmart today to get my refill of G. The Allulose is not lowering BG like it was,but I'm not drinking it in hot tea like I was. I am just eating it off a spoon. I wonder if the hot liquid makes a difference. I take it at bedtime. I wonder if that is affecting my sleep.
I have never used sweetener in coffee. That would be much easier since I have coffee every day. Tea is a sometimes thing with me. Mostly when I'm sick and I'm glad I'm not.
Carol Sue I'm glad you are back on twitter. I don't go on FB too much except to see what is going on with family members and some of the health/diet things I'm on.
Roast is something I like once in a while. My preference is pork. It is a good thing I'm not Jewish because it really like it. I was shocked how many Jews I met when I went back to work after DH#2 passed away because they liked pork. DH DD sister-in-law laughed one day about how her Daddy who was a Canor was very Jewish at home. He wouldn't allow anything not kosher in his home, but when he ate out he would have pork. LOL Just shows we all have our vices.
Thank God my weight was down 2.4 lbs this morning. I still am not sure why it was so high yesterday. However, I am using it as a starting point which meant that I have 20 lbs to lose to get down to the 150 lbs I want to reach. I am back to eating eggs, bacon and 1 sl toast with coffee plus I love mandarin oranges. I remember DH DD told me to be sure to have orange juice with the iron pill I take. So I take it with a mandarin orange at breakfast time. I'm adding protein shake to my coffee during the day and then drink the rest of the shake around 5:30 and don't have anything else until brunch the next day. I read that my thinning on the front of my hair line may be caused by IF. However, I don't think the 16 to 19 hr fast is enough to be the problem. I think the problem is that I don't eat enough fat. I read yesterday about the nuts you should eat and realize that I need to be eating walnuts for immune system plus much more which I don't like. The other nuts I should be eating in my situation is pecan and pistachio. So I will combine them and eat them for a snack a few days a week. Of course, the ones that I like much better or either unhealthy or too expensive or hard to find.
Busy day. We are going to Sam's today. DH wanted me to go with him but I told him that he can get in and out faster if I don't go in. I will sit in the car and read. We are getting a Chinese today.
I am sleeping so much better these days. I try to get my liquids drank early enough so I only have to get up once during the night to go to potty and I even had a couple of nights when I slept through the night. My rest is very helpful. I think eating the fruit and veggies are also helping so I don't have to drink so much water. I remember hearing a doctor say that fruit and veggies have water and also count toward the liquid we should get.
Weight up only .6 lbs after eating Chinese yesterday. FBG was 110 and BP 116/60. I am so thankful for how my numbers are. I've changed some of my eating b eating foods that are good for me while going through cancer treatment.
Very cold here for us in the 40s. So we are just staying in to stay warm. Next outing will be Friday for oncologist appt and infusion. So not much going on today. Will get my exercises done today and stay OP. Got to make DH diet brownies and cut up strawberries.

Scale is,down to 176.6. That is my lowest weight in weeks. My goal on Fitbit is 135 so I have a long way to go. I dont really expect to ever get that low but it would be nice. My wedding day weight was 137. I recently told DH i want my collar bones to show after seeing a celebrity on TV. I will gladly accept whatever lower weight I reach.
I prefer pork roast too, Trish. My Jewish friends dont keep kosher and eat pork..
I have to go to Walmart to get my G. I hope they filled it. The automated line said it would be filled but it is really too soon and I did not receive a call. If I go in, maybe I can plead my case. I took Allulose at bedtime and FBG was 110. That is acceptable for me. One other time I asked for it to be filled and the Tech told me it was too soon. The pharmacist overheard and told her to fill it. From when I worked in the pharmacy I thinknit depends on what the drug is. Its not a controlled substance and overdosing cannot cause a problem if you are wstching your blood sugar. Not having it can cause a problem, and I am well below the max dose of 8 mg per day.
I buy walnuts in the produce department and keep them in my freezer for freshness. I like them because they are not salted. They are very cheap around the holidays when people are baking. I used to keep them out on my cabinet but I caught DH feeding them to the chipmunks. We keep Almonds and pistachios out and he feeds them to the chipmonks, also peanuts we bring home from Texas Roadhouse. No critters will go hungry with DH around. Bad thing is, the food he puts out attrects the ground hogs and raccoons, which I dont want.
Step daughter has thinning hair in the front she was told it was from stress. She uses this stuff she sprays on to make it thicker but she cant get caught in the rain! She had beautiful hair when she was younger but she had stress when they had money problems. I told her to take prenatal vitamins but she took them for 1 week and said they didnt help. She needed to take them for months!
Last night I made a quick meal of kielbassi coins with diced tomatoes and noodles. It was a nice change. I dont know what I will make today. We have no money to eat out.😩😢

Went to Walmart. They said my prescription was too soon, not fillable until the 27. I didnt say anything,but she continued to look at the computer then said Ok we can fill it. I did my shopping then went back for it. Im so glad I got it with little problem. I think it will last me until my doctor appointment in April if used along with the Allulose. I hope I like this new doctor. I dont want to doctor shop.
Im tired and ready to go to bed. I like that Im sleeping so well these days. This morning DH woke me up at 9:15 to see something funny on TV. It was time for me to get up anyway.
Carol Sue Glad you were able to get your G. I hope your new doctor will be good. I'd love to have a doctor closer to us, but don't want to have to get used to a new one.
My eating has been good. I am getting tired earlier today but will want to go to bed early. I am so ready for the weather to warm up.
Allulose isn't helping with weight loss but it is helping FBG. FBG was 106 and weight up.1 lb. BP is good. Sleep was good. Only woke up to go potty one time which is good for me.
Hope y'all have a good day at the casino if you go. Interesting about the blond woman. Nothing interesting happening today. I am cooking cad fish today. DH got me both chocolate and cafe latte protein shakes at Sam's yesterday. I might decide to do a few days of 2 shakes for meals and only one meal a day.

We are goingvto the casino at 3:00pm.I have my Kinfle all charged up.
When we went to Walmart I bought 4 pk of shakes. I drank one yesterday because I hahnt haad much protein. Thats what I will use them for.
It says online that Allulose works like GLP1 as a diabetes drug, which it is. But it does support weight loss, but more in the way it limits appetite and cravings, making you eat less. Here is an article.

Bad day at the casino. I cant get him to quit,or go less often.
Good sleep, up 2 times for the bathroom so I just stayed up. Scale is up .2 to 178.6. I dont understand because I had no dinner. We got home at 6:30, thats how bad the casino was! DH had his McDouble and fries, I ate a few fries but had a cup of Cottage Cheers. We went to bed early.
DH says he goes to the casino because he wanted something to do. I cant remember what he used to do before we started to go to the casinos. We started out going to the one in W VA. That was my favorite. But farthest away. 1.5 hour drive. During the pandemic we switched to the one 1 hour away. Then this one, 20 minutes away. This one is my least favorite, no Foodcourt and no where to just sit unless you sit at a machine not being used. Sometimes someone wants to play the machine so I have to move and let them play. One time I went out the back door and sat on a bench in the mall but I didnt like being so far away from DH. A big difference is we used to win a lot before. I think we havent won since July. Its ok to go if you are using the money you won last week. I rarely play anymore. I dont like giving my money and not getting any in return.
I will make stuffed cabbage rolls if we go to the meat store. I bought the cabbage at Walmart.
By the way, as far as I know the blonde woman was not there yesterday unless she came after we left.
Sorry the casino was a disappointment. I remember you saying y'all could stay overnight if you didn't have to rush back to take care of Rusty. It is a shame that you couldn't get your DH to go to the one you like and stay over until the next day. It might even be fun for y'all because you can sit without having to sit by a machine. I don't know if you could or would want to.
I don't understand how weight loss really works. My weight dropped back down to 166 lbs today. I think that is why I should just work at being as healthy as possible while eating what I want or like. FBG was 108. I would like for it to be less but it doesn't seem to be. I'm eating my favorite breakfast each day and we will share a Lasagna frozen dinner and I will add Greek yogurt for more protein. I am now eating an oz of pecans and walnuts and drink a Protein shake for a snack. The walnuts are good for so many things especially my veins for these infusions I get once a month. I never liked walnuts so I add the pecans for taste. I also eat 78% dark chocolate for my heart. So I'm back to eating a lot of foods because of where they fit into my health needs as a cancer patient.
