I too am back to the WW program AGAIN
Breakfast- Kashi oatmeal 3 pts*
snack- 1/2 of a light yogurt 2 pts*
Lunch- 1/2 of a 4 pt meal 2 pts *, 1 pt cake* and 4 oz skim milk 1 pt*
3 peanut butter crackers * 2 pts
Supper- 1 1/2 ff chicken patty 3 pts*
spinach with 1 tsp lf spread 1 pt*
1 ww cake 1 pt*
3 bites sf frozen yogurt 1 pt*
snacks-
applesauce 1 pt *
ww 1 pt cake*
popscicle 1 pt*
fig bar 2 pts* points = 22 calories= 1185
points allowed 22 a day and 35 flexpoints a week
