Morning:
2 slices of grain bread- 2 points
2 tsp of mayo- 2 points
3 ozs of chicken- 3 points
diet coke- 0 points


Dinner:
2 slices of garlic bread- 10 points
2 cups of whole wheat pasta- 6 points
2 1/2 turkey meatballs with sauce- 7 points
3 tbsp of cheese- 3 points

Snack:
slice of coconut cake- 9 points




total points used: 42/32 flexpoints used: 12/22

OK I broke down guys.....I used 13 flexpoints on apple pie

good for you having some apple pie and fitting it into your plan! I love apple pie!

what a great idea about not getting online on Sundays. I need to think about doing that - I think I am getting addicted to this computer and internet.

I'm fixing to go on a trip with my mom to branson missouri from Oct 5 til the 12th and I'm thinking "dang I need to find a laptop I can borrow - what will I do without the internet for 8 days! yikes!
