Lunch:
2 boiled eggs - 140
1 T mayo - 100
yogurt - 90
1 T wheatgerm - 25
cf diet coke

Snack: wheat thins - 120
Supper:
sausage jambalaya - 200
corn - 80

Exercise: walked 2 miles
September Miles = 18

Water: 88 oz

Total calories: 1025

24 ozs of water

Lunch:
2 meatballs with sauce- 13 points
diet coke- 0 points
roll- 3 points
1 tbsp of butter- 3 points

Dinner:
1 cup of pasta- 4 points
chicken parma- 10 points
1 slice of garlic bread- 5 points
16 ozs of water

total points used: 39/32 Flexpoints used: 7 28/35

I too am back on the wagon :dizzy: I have switched plans so much that I feel scrambled!

Way to go on your losses Cathy :bravo:

lynnie- Great job on your losses with WW as well :balloons: I too am back to the WW program AGAIN :lol:

Lunch- 1/2 of a 4 pt meal 2 pts *, 1 pt cake* and 4 oz skim milk 1 pt*

Supper- 1 1/2 ff chicken patty 3 pts*
spinach with 1 tsp lf spread 1 pt*
1 ww cake 1 pt*
3 bites sf frozen yogurt 1 pt*

ww 1 pt cake*
popscicle 1 pt*
fig bar 2 pts* points = 22 calories= 1185

points allowed 22 a day and 35 flexpoints a week

Good to be back :D...I cant afford to go back to the meetings as yet so I really have no idea what the core plan is exactally :lol: But the points plan worked very well for me before that I thought I would give it another shot ... it was slow but sure and I need a sure plan :yes: Thanks for the warm welcome back :grouphug:

snack- light yogurt 1 pt and a 1 pt ww carrot cake
Lunch- a ww meal 5 pts
Supper- 1 oz roast beef 2 pts
okra 0 pts
green beans 0 pts
8 oz skim milk 2 pts

snacks- 1 ww cake 1 pt another 4 oz skim milk 1 pt
5 cups 94% ff popcorn 1 pt
2 1 pt popsicles 2 pts
2 applesauce cups 2 pts for a grand total of 22 pts :D

thanks for the birthday wishes!
I'm suppose to meet my mom for lunch if nothing changes.
DH fixed me great big boiled shrimp last night for supper which was a treat!
Have gotten lots of cards and emails and am having bd lunch with a friend tomorrow too. hugs!

I am redoing the girls rooms this weekend , started yesterday and let me tell you ladies....these kids have WAY tooooo much :lol: I have one wall painted and everything thrown into the middle of the living room so wish me luck guys!!!!! If I dont post till Monday it is because I buried my computer :eek:

lunch- 6 pt meal
snack- 1 pt cake with 4 oz skim milk 1 pt
Supper- 1/2beef patty 2 pts, augratin potatoes 3 pts lima beans 1 pt and a glass of strawberry lemonade 1 pt

4 oz milk 1 pt = 22 pts for the day

so far so good ;)

for a totalof 22 points I forgot just how much I liked WW ;) 1280 calories
