i'm not proud to say i'm up one pound....but thats what i get for overdoing it yesterday with appetizers. I'll just have to work harder this week and GET MY EXERCISE IN! No point in beating myself up over it, I just have to work harder.
Tuesday is the day. I'll put it in overdrive at that point...walking walking walking eating right walking some more.
Has anyone purchased the exercise product The Bean? If you have used it, please let me know what you think of it...I am interesting in purchasing one and I'd like a few review before I spend the money on it.
