Hi Ladies,newbie here.Well today I weighed myself only lost 1lb but its 1lb less and I havent had a good week for dieting.Too sick.Anyways my bday is a week b4 thanksgiving and would love to be25lbs lighter at the least.Thats a small goal for me.Im 221 as of today.For thanksgiving I would like to be under 200.I dont have the opportunity to get to a gym but I will be trying out this Pilates DVD by Denise Austin,I here its great!
