I only skipped 4 workouts this month. I'm not going to be hard on myself because it's the best I've ever done! I am super proud of y'all and me! I'll join next month too and am excited to see if I can do better!

Yesterday's exercise was Day 30 of the 30-day yoga program that I've been working on since of the beginning of the year. It only took me six months! Next, I'm going to do it over again and see how fast I can complete it. More than 30 because my body wants rest days, but less than 60, I think. We'll see.
