June Exercise Challenge
 
Let's jump into June!

State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.

I was pretty happy with how exercise went in May, so I'm going to set the same goal for June.

June goal: 1400 minutes, including 25x stretching and 10x strength-training

I am back into a routine of daily walking and hope to keep it up.
My June goal will be 800 minutes of intentional exercise.

June2: I did almost two hours of heavy yardwork (picking up sticks, weeding, and pruning). I think that based on how dripping sweaty I was, that can translate into almost one hour of exercise. :) So 50 minutes today
June5: 60 min water walking in pool
June6: 80 min water walking
June7: 75 min water walking AM
June7: 60 min water walking PM
June8: 40 min water walking AM
June9: 55 min water walking AM
June10: 60 min water walking AM
June11: 70 min water walking AM
June12: 30 min outdoor walk; 50 min water walk
June20: 40 min water walking AM
June21: 75 min water walk AM
June22: 70 min water walk AM

****** GOAL MET *****
Bonus goal of additional 200 minutes set, for total of 1,000

June23: 55 min water walk AM
June25: 50 min water walk AM
June26: 85 min water walk AM

Total: 1005

My June goal is to work out Mon-Fri for 30 minutes!!!!!

June 1- yay!
June 2- 15 minute workout only :/ (I hope to make up 15 min this month- done!)
June 3- yay!!!
June 4- yay!!!
June 5- yay!!
June 6- walked for 1 1/2 hours
June 7- cleaned out garage, and walked for an hour.

June 8- yay!! and brisk walk for 45 minutes.
June 9- yay!!!
June 10-yay!
June 11-yay!!!
June 12-skipped workout
June 15-yay!!!! and walked for an hour
June 16-yay!!!
June 17- yay!!!

June 18- yay!!
June 19- skipped
June 21- Went to botanical gardens walked for 2 hours.

June 22- yay!!!
June 23- yay!
June 24- cleaned out garage for an hour.
June 25- yay!!

June 26- skipped.
June 29- skipped

June 30- Yay!!!
