Just thought I would check in before the month ends. So far I've exercised everyday, except one day. I did reduce from 60 minutes a day to 30 minutes but I'm still seeing results. I weighed 142.6 this morning, very happy. I'll continue into February as well of course.

My exercise goal for January 2019 is 600 minutes a month of intended exercise (for me, that means a structured workout such as on an exercise dvd or something on youtube). If I shovel snow, I count those minutes at half the rate.

well I certainly succeeded in keeping our driveway and paths clear, and had almost a daily workout with shoveling/knocking back snowbanks, but it wasn't the kind of workout I wanted! but I can do it, and not be sore afterwards at all. Hopefully I will do better in February!
