My exercise goal for January 2019 is 600 minutes a month of intended exercise (for me, that means a structured workout such as on an exercise dvd or something on youtube). If I shovel snow, I count those minutes at half the rate.

Jan. 01 - Leslie Sansone weighted cardio, 45 min.; plus 2 hours of snow shoveling (60 min.) = 105 min.
Jan. 02 - Annie Mairs' Life Force weighted cardio, 50 min./155 min.
Jan. 03 - Snow shoveling, 90 min. (count as 45) / 200 min.
Jan. 04 - 0
Jan. 05 - 0
Jan. 06 - Snow shoveling, 30 min (15) / 215
Jan. 07 - snow shoveling, 60 min. (30) Leslie Sansone weighted cardio, 20;/265
Jan. 08 - snow shoveling, 60 min (30) Gilad Strength 45 min./340
Jan. 09 - ? forget
Jan. 10 - shovel/snow throw, 90 min (45) /385
Jan. 11 - snow shoveling, 75 (40); 425

5: 2626 steps (11 minutes)
6: 2302 steps (11 minutes)

Goal 480mins lift/aerobics:
3rd A = 30 minutes
4th L = 30 m
8th A = 40 m
11th L = 30 m
11th A = 20 m
12th L = 30 m (180 total) - sore today & very hard to lift.
