I decided it would be good to have a spreadsheet, but didn't know how to do it, so instead of starting a new one, I've just added a new worksheet to the Spring To Summer Challenge one (hope Amandie doesn't mind)
So if you'd like to update your targets and progress, I've added a link to it on my first post in this thread (thought it would be easiest to find in future if it was on Page 1).
If we get a few people using it, i'll have a play around and do some auto-graph plotting etc too. But before I go crazy lets just see if it works!
Have set the weekly dates to reflect Lacerta's comment that we're finishing on September 22nd - but up to you if you want to update on the actual date in the spreadsheet, or some time during the week of the date instead.
Lacerta, thank you for starting this thread and additional thanks to you and ange82much for making the thread accessible to everyone. I've added my name to the list and my goal is 20 pounds. I haven't done one of these challenges for a long time and if I'm honest, I haven't been terribly successful when I do join . However, I felt called to this one and want to see where honest effort takes me.

I need to join this challenge, I managed to lose a lot of weight but for the last two weeks I couldn't do any diet nor exercise. So I gained weight again
I was 174.1 lbs before but now I am 179,2 lbs
I'll try to diet this week even if I am not able to exercise. This week I just started a new job, a have exams almost every afternoon and I have classes from 8pm to 12pm. I want to sleep for a week.

But, I did walk on Saturday, Sunday and Monday - and I also lifted weights Saturday, Monday and Tuesday (today).
I had 2 celebration suppers this past weekend, so I did indulge. But, I don't think I have any more suppers out for the rest of July - and can manage salads + protein at any restaurant meals out.
I will go back to page 1 to figure out how to enter my data (non-existent, ha ha ha) into the spreadsheet.
Ok just updated the spreadsheet for week 2.
I'm 1lb up from last week (but then i'm 1lb up from yesterday). And 0.6llb down from the start. And 2.5lb under my limit. Er, so all of that means that i'm doing ok with this maintenance thing so far.
And so far it's going well, but really glad you started this thread Lacerta because it's going to be a really important period for me, and the accountability over this sort of timescale makes a big difference. Thanks!
I've updated for the week. I was able, just barely, to get a loss this week, the minimum amount possible, but still a loss. Kept my streak going. I honestly thought I would have to post a gain this week, as I've just bounced around all week around 240. So I'm glad to see ANY loss for the week. Here's to this week being better. Onward and downward.
