Jan. 05 - ugh! 2 hours shoveling, count as 60 min; 175 min.

Jan. 08 - ugh again at over 2 hours shoveling, count as 60 min; 270 min.

I'm still struggling with energy levels since being sick a week ago. I had more energy so I went out and did things the last couple of days, but I come home with nothing left for exercise! Today, I'll see if I can focus on the energy going into exercise.
