I've had a cold the past several days that pretty much wiped me out and settled in my chest. I'm bummed because it put me behind on goal. It's still achievable, but I'll have to work hard between now and the end of the month!

Goal: 900 minutes

1/1 - 21 minute walk, 30 minutes yoga
1/2- 25 minutes yoga
1/3- 25 minutes circuit training
1/7- 45 minutes weight training
1/8- 32 minutes yoga
1/9- 30 minutes cross training
1/10- 25 minutes core cardio
