Thumbs up November Exercise Challenge

Let's make our November a Movember!

State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.

It looks like I'll make my goal of 1200 minutes for October. I'll set that again for November. I want a little more variety, so I'm also going to set a goal of completing 15 DVD workouts. I'll count yoga for that, but I really want to get in some of my more energetic and strength-training workouts.

I want to exercise at least 5 times a week totalling 1000 minutes of exercise by the end of the month. I feel tempted to shoot for less than this but my new mantra is not to settle and to try to be my best self, so I'm going for it!

01: 60 minutes kundalini yoga from the Fat-Free Yoga DVD. (Mins Completed: 60min; Mins Remaining: 940min)
02: 55 mins upper+lower body strength training+ tabata cardio from WH TFYBT DVD and AD BB DVD. (Mins Completed: 115min; Mins Remaining: 885min)
03: 54 minutes Tabata Workout from AD BB DVD (Mins completed: 169mins; Mins Remaining: 831mins)
04: 87 minutes upper and lower body strength training + kundalini yoga from WH TFYBT DVD and Fat-Free Yoga DVD. (Mins Completed: 256min; Mins Remaining: 744min)

06: 0 mins did not work out

My goal will be to do some sort of workout, either cardio, strength, flexibility, at least 30 minutes a session, for a total of 600 minutes this month. That way, if I have to skip a couple days, I won't feel like I slacked too badly.
