Met my 1000-minute goal for the month today fortunately because Iím travelling for work tomorrow till Thursday the 30th and I doubt I will have much of an opportunity for exercise on the trip. This challenge has been great for pushing me to workout even when I donít feel like. Pumped to do it again in December.
