Thanks to a vacation and being sick the week before it, I haven't worked out regularly in a couple of weeks. It's so hard for me to get back into exercise when I fall out of it, yet I always feel so good once I do. You'd think the initial resistance to getting back to it would stop since it always ends the same, but nope.

I'd intended to start exercising again on Wed but I kept putting it off. Finally got to it today; of course, it felt great and now I'm hooked again.

October's goal: I'm gonna go big and workout every day starting now. So that's 26 workouts.

I'll be mostly using Beachbody for this (may end up only being Beachbody) and plenty of it (maybe even all of it ) will be the 10 minute workout from Brazil Butt Lift. I have a super busy month, so that will make this goal doable.

Good luck, all!

I 100% can relate to this and could have written this myself!! Good luck in your goal!! I am getting a bit nervous.. I am down to 179.6 and I still have a flat butt. When I was 160 (16 years ago) and had a huge booty. I don't know if it was having kids that changed it, or this is the damage from being so overweight. All that to say that I will be doing the BBL workouts in the future for sure! The 30DS does have a decent amount of squats and lunges though, so I am not sure why I can't see a difference!

kfunk - My vacation was amazing! I'm experiencing some post-vacation blues bc I miss it so much. Guess I'll just have to plan a return visit. I ate a lot but I also walked a lot, usually around 10 miles a day. I'm up over 1 pound from my weight the morning I left for the vacay, and am up over 2 pounds from my low last month. So party time is over. Do you still plan on getting Beachbody on Demand? I hope you do, so that you can try Bum Bum Rapido (the lovely 10 minute workout ). I'd be curious to see if you notice more of a difference with that one. To bump up your booty though, you'll probably get the best results by also doing High & Tight in the series. I think that one's 30 min. It's pretty killer but VERY effective with shaping. I don't know if I already mentioned that back when I first did the routine in 2012, I did High & Tight a lot. During the first week or so, my booty really swelled up. Swelled so much, that it ended up ripping a pair of my pants apart while I was at work. I wasn't Hulk swollen or anything but I guess enough that my poor khakis couldn't deal.

Excercise goal: Working out every day form Oct 6th...

lunkah Yay, I am glad that your vacation was awesome!! I get the post vacation blues too, they are the worst!! That is a crazy amount of walking, and is nice you had that so you could eat what sounded good! I bet the other 2 lbs. will be gone soon to get you back to last months low! Are you drinking extra water? That always helps, might be in my head, but it seems to work really well! I am definitely going to get beach body on demand as soon as I am done with the 30DS. So, I accidently clicked on level 2 the other day and figured I would just go with it. OMG - I couldn't do half of it!!! I am getting really good at the other one though. For some reason I cant get past the first level of cardio without stopping (jumping jacks and jump rope), the bicycle crunches are hard for me (super uncoordinated) and I am not strong enough to make it through all of the weight exercises without stopping. My husband bought me some 3lb. weights to use instead of the 5 I had been and that makes a huge difference.

We also just bought a used treadmill! The Jillian workout is perfect for me because I can do the workout and be out of the shower in 40 minutes. I wake up at 5am for work and get home at 4:30 and I am in bed at 8 - 8:30. I just feel bad taking too much time to workout in between 4:30 and bedtime because of my kids. Plus there are a hundred things to do on weeknights to begin with. I might try to start waking up earlier but I don't want to stay up later.
