10/11-21/30 105 seconds I had to do the last 25 seconds as knee, then I did another 45, might try it again tonight, whew, did another 45, 4/12 ST

So I can see that my goal of 300 minutes was far too conservative. I've always before made my goal in total workouts and since I've been so busy lately I was figuring this would be 10 half-hour workouts. But I'm working out a little longer, usually, than half hour and I think I'm doing better this month at getting regular exercise in (rather than work-exercise like before). So I will probably exceed my goal this month, and I'll use my final number as a starting goal for next month.

I have been keeping my net carbs under 30 grams since Sunday and there were a couple days that I did not have the energy to work out. I am hoping they become fewer and further between as my body adjusts!

So I'm changing my goal to 600 minutes of exercise for the month. I'm doing better at actually sticking to exercise, although we are moving next week to our new house so that might derail me a little but I'll try to still squeeze in some exercise.

dee thank you, you are doing amazing as well! Moving is a lot of work so even if you don't get your formal exercise in, your step count will be up there!!
