October goal - 12x ST, complete 30 day plank challenge

10/01-day 11/30, 0/12
10/02-day 12/30(rest day ), 0/12
10/03-day 13/30, 1/12
10/04-day 14/30
10/05-15/30 halfway, planks are hard
10/06-16/30 rest day, that was easier
10/07-17/30 whew, 2/12
10/08-18/30
10/09-19/30, 3/12
10/10-20/30
10/11-21/30 105 seconds I had to do the last 25 seconds as knee, then I did another 45, might try it again tonight, whew, did another 45, 4/12 ST
10/12-22/30, 110 seconds, same as yesterday, knee last 25, so I managed an extra 5 seconds from yesterday

10/16-26/30 did I say planks are hard?!
10/17-27/30, I did half regular plank, half knee plank, 65 seconds each, I drop to a knee plank when I feel like I’m going to die... 7/12 did them outside, that is so cool

10/19-29/30 145 is a lot of seconds...my plan is to keep doing this challenge until I can hold the plank without dropping to a knee plank for the whole time, I think it’s partially mental so not giving myself the out of I did it, I never have to do that again , 8/12 ST

Thanks, gardenerjoy! I think of listing as the grown-up version of getting stickers for our achievements. It gives me a similar buzz of satisfaction.
October Goal: Unreachable, but am now aiming to work out 3 days a week using a 30 min+ workout. (My days off from work are Wed-Fri, so that's when my workouts usually happen.)

I had been getting tons of steps in the past two weeks because we've been moving- averaging over 20K steps per day. But it's just slow all-day movement and not really at the pace one would consider exercise. I'm only counting the faster paced activities.
