joy and momma I love how you are quantifying your goals. I am going to be buying a treadmill soon and I also want to finish what I started with my 30 Day Shred workouts. So I think for this October challenge I will say that the 30 Day Shred is my goal.
My October goal is 1000 minutes of intentional exercise.
Oct2: 15 min bike
Oct3: 15 min swim (darn rain started!)
Oct6: 30 min swim
Oct7: 45 min walk; 35 min swim; 25 min exercise bike
Oct14: 60 min water walk AM; 60 min birding hike PM
Oct15: 35 min walk AM; 45 min swim AM
Oct23: 40 min walk
Oct28: 40 min walk
My goal for excersise is to go to curves 3 times a week, and do 30 minutes of either yoga or walking on the other days. Gotta get back into excersing everyday, its hard,but I know I can do it! Good luck to everyone,we can do it!
So this is the first time trying one of these. I'm looking for consistency this month. These are my goals
Cardio - 720 minutes
Strength training 3x per week= 14 times
Ab work 3x per week = 14 times
Cardio720min:ST 14x: Abs 14x
Oct 2: Cardio for 40 min so
Cardio 40/720; ST 0/14x; Abs 0/14x
