Wasn't fully on it yesterday, had a really good daytime in terms of food, leaving the office for a middle of the day walk and felt good. Got home and all I could think about was the damn mini chocolate pudding in the freezer. Ate dinner, the thought didn't go away. Ate some nut and seed mix, the thought didn't go away, ate some more mix (too much) the thought didn't go away. So, ate the pudding too. Now, the nut and seed mix and pudding are gone! So, for the rest of the week I won't have any temptations in the house at least! Started this morning with a fitstar workout and really hope for a fully on plan day. Ophelia YAY on making your spring goal :carrot: That is fantastic!!!! I wrote down everything that I ate yesterday but didn't start counting until today. Last night I weighed/measured everything that I packed for my breakfast, lunch and snacks. I don't know that I will hit 1200 today. My husband is convinced that I am not eating enough, and actually adding up the calories didn't help my argument that I am. Great way to start your day takingcontrol!! I think its a good thing to give into temptation (in moderation) keeps me from binging later! I hope you get to onederland soon!! Up today because of how late I ate last night. I am 100% sure of that. My calories were good...so that's the only thing it could be. Irritated because of it but yesterday there was no other choice but to eat late. I hope everyone is doing better at this then me.

Apparently, I typed out my update yesterday, but then got interrupted and sidetracked and never came back to actually post it! Whoops, lol. I didn't realize how much more resistance that would give me, and I think I got in just as much of a workout yesterday, if not more, than usual. :lol: Unfortunately, my FitBit didn't monitor my steps correctly because I was pushing the stroller, but I was able to calculate our distance manually after we got home and realized it stopped measuring halfway through. May use the Boba carrier next time so my arms can have free movement, even when his little legs get tired and he needs to be carried." opheliaphoenix....I had trouble with my fitbit alta recognizing when I was on an elliptical and not using the swinging hand grips so I attached my fitbit band to my shoe laces to get the steps....it worked great. When done I put it back on my wrist |
I am happy that I didn't go back up! I am hoping that tomorrow I see a bit of loss. I ate 1385 calories on Tuesday and 1135 yesterday. I don't think I drank as much water as I normally do yesterday, so today that will be my focus. I upped my calories on Tuesday and went down, not sure if it is a coincidence (probably) but its hard to eat when I am not hungry and its not like I am working out like the majority of you!
