____________________________________________ Just a quick stop in because I have someone coming over that I really don't want to deal with today. Unfortunately this isn't the type of thing I can reschedule. She'd have to come over at some point anyways and the anxiety I have now will be the same is she were to come on a different day. Time to just get it over with. Also ONEDERLAND!!!! I'm surprised it came after yesterday so we'll see if it stays. But either way my biggest goal this month is to stabilize under 200 so a couple bounces back up won't be too bad as long as the average is below. I know for a fact I'll temporarily say goodbye to onederland tomorrow. My husband is cooking klub. It's a Norwegian potato dumpling. They're a baseball sized starch and fat bomb with bacon in the center. And then you eat them covered in butter and cracked pepper. It's incredible!! It's something we only really make once or twice a year so I'm going to enjoy it to it's fullest. It's too difficult to figure out the nutrition facts anyways (and I really don't want to know!). I'll also have some tomorrow since it's a completely differently meal as a leftover. You slice them up and fry them in more butter. It's wonderfully and repulsively delicious! Weight loss can sometimes take a pause for living life to the fullest. Especially when it's a rarity. |

Having a big whoosh right on the first day and then yo-yoing for half of the week was weird, but - in the end - it all still counted for a nice loss overall, so I am happy! Just going to let my body do its thing to figure out what it wants to do while it adjusts to my new life...lol. Yesterday was a good day all around for me...on plan with calories, got a 5.5 mile walk in (took a new way around my route), and finally hit 20 servings of water for the first time in awhile...so, check marks all around! :yay: However, today I am feeling a bit run-down and just yucky, and it's rainy again, so I'm taking this as a rest day. I haven't taken one in awhile, so I'm not going to beat myself up over it...rest days are important too, afterall! ;) I'm not sure how well I will do on the water, because I'm not wanting a lot of volume in my stomach right now, but I'll do my best and be kind to myself tomorrow over whatever the amount turns out to be. I will join in with goal of 5lbs. I am almost at the end of my weight loss journey so lbs dont go down as fast anymore. So 5lbs it is for this month :)

My GW is 120-125 Whatever I feel more comfortable at. I could easily hit it within 2 months - 2 1/2 months if I don't have any screw ups...but the likelihood of that is 0 to none. lol Hope everyone is having a great day! opheliaphoenix You are doing amazing!! -3.8 last week is fantastic!! How many ounces of water are in each of your servings? I try to drink 100+ ounces per day, and I can tell on the scale when I don't drink enough.

kfunk: I started May 2015....was about 6 lbs away from goal Feb 2016....losing roughly 10 lbs per month. maintained at 131-135 for several months. Vacation came around in October put on 17 lbs ...now still working to lose that and get to my goal!

Well that was a surprise. I prepped myself to see 201+ before standing on the scale. Today will be my last day eating klub. Beside that one meal I will continue to eat healthy today.
