.2 drop last night. A loss is a loss an I can't expect to lose everyday. I'm believe I have lost a majority of the water weight I had put in so I must be getting into the real weight...so things may start moving a bit slower. Hope everyone is doing well.

SW for March: 148.4
GW for March: 138.0

03/01/17 - 148.4
03/02/17 - 146.4

gardenerjoy please add me to the March challenge. I will weigh in on Fridays.
Goal: 10 lb

Keika 03-03-2017 04:06 PM

Lost .2 pounds since yesterday. Slow and steady wins the race, right?

opheliaphoenix 03-03-2017 04:48 PM

Keika: Good luck with your goal...that would be a great way to start the opening night of your show!

econ nerd: Awesome job! Keep it up. :)

Weekend Boater: Glad to hear that your adjustments are helping...nice loss so far! :cp:

NightSnacker: I'll send some of our warm, humid weather your way...it's a little chilly today because of the storm cooling us off, but it's still in the 60s so it's just feels that way compared to the usual weather here...I know it's rather warm for the time of year. It was 80 degrees AT NIGHT here when I was out walking when the lightning came in night before last. It's felt like Spring since the beginning of February here, so we have some to spare...maybe it will head your way and melt some of your snow so you can get back outside, lol. ;)

Nicholsfamily1987: Still on track with a nice loss since the beginning of the month...you're doing great!

darius: Welcome!

Weigh-in today was 255.8. Still struggling to get in my water goals (got in 14), but was able to get in all my steps and my walk last night. My neighbor actually joined me for half of it last night, because she's seen me out and walking and asked to go with sometimes...lol. Not sure how often she'll get to go, because her husband is a drill sergeant and has late nights and weird hours and he has to be home for her to be able to go. We've been friendly, but haven't really hung out much on our own without it having to do something with the boys (her middle child and ours are the same age and BFFs because they live right next door to each other), so it was nice to get to know each other a little better. Shame that we are moving duty stations soon now that we are making some time to hang out, lol...seems to be a common problem with forging lasting friendships in the military life.

opheliaphoenix He came out screaming and pink! He's a little over 24 hours old now and hasn't once needed any assistance with breathing. He'll of course be in the NICU for a few weeks to fatten him up and make sure he learns to eat properly and continues breathing fine. But he's already pretty far along. He has figured out how suck on a pacifier and breathe at the same time. The doctor said that was an extremely good sign because babies at that age usually don't have that down yet. He was also surprisingly big considering him only being 32 weeks. He was 4 lbs 10 oz and almost 18 in long. Her OB was surprised she even made it this far. They thought she was going to be having the baby in January because she kept going into preterm labor. They were able to stop those but they then started giving her shots to help his lungs develop more in case he was early. That might be a huge reason why he's doing so well.

I got to see my great nephew today and actually hold him!!! I didn't think I'd be able to do that considering he's in the NICU. But he is doing amazingly well. He's breathing without any problems and he's even able to suck on a pacifier. I held him for nearly an hour and he was just so perfect and tiny. But my trip out to see them wore me out. I don't leave the house very often due to anxiety but this was worth it. I took a nice long nap when I got home.

Leah funny! I have been thinking the same thing! I am so close to a new decade and want things so badly (non foodwise) I can taste it! I soo can relate! Personally, I don't think there is anything wrong with it! It just shows drive and determination and tenacity can go such a long way......let's keep the battle up! : ) glad the little one is ok.

There are so many more of you would I love to address but I have to move, Dh is going to come home a very hungry man! lol. It is a pleasure to read all of your news girls, let's keep haning tough! Ronja, and to all or you! Have a super duper weekend and I will check back soon!

No time for personals today...so, saying hello to everyone all at once! I do want to say YAYYY, THAT IS AWESOME to LovelyLeah, though...I am happy he is doing so well! :yay:

Weigh-in today was 255.6, so only down 0.2...the scale is really taking its time getting back down to that initial whoosh, lol. Food was under my calories yesterday, but the sodium was higher than usual because I ate half of a sandwich from Dominos for dinner. We ended up ordering out for the kids because our daughter won her soccer game last night, so I figured I would have a little as well. But, then I stayed up until 2am too...ugh, haha. That may have slowed me down a bit, but I'm still moving down so that's good.

This week has been frustrating for me! Just when I thought I had my weight loss pattern down, my body decided to switch it up. I officially weigh in on Tuesday's so I am hoping that I will be in the high 222's by then. I hope everyone is having a nice weekend!!

opheliaphoenix Treats are nice. I had Papa John's last night. A bit on the high end for me but tasty and most importantly, satisfying!
